I am arranging a surprise wedding anniversary celebration for my parents and contacted bespoke for brides regarding advice on invitations. I only have a handful of people coming to the celebration and was unsure how to word them. I was extremely impressed with the advice I received and the ideas Bespoke for Brides came up with. Bespoke for Brides terms & Conditions.
50% of the total order amount is required as a deposit. Payment details are required on the same day that the order is accepted. Bespoke for Brides will forward you a proof which needs to be signed, dated & returned to us via email or post.
Once your deposit has been received along with your signed proof we will begin hand making your products. Once your order is ready for despatch we will contact you for the final 50% plus posting and packing charges. We require full payment before your products are despatched. Orders need to be signed for.
Bespoke for Brides reserve the right to retain your deposit if you cancel your order once production has begun. The client agrees to notify Bespoke for Brides any change of details as soon as possible. If production of your stationery has begun a charge for change of details will be incured.
Bespoke for Brides will use the information given to us in your order emails/proof so please make sure that this information is correct. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect information printed on your products if this is the information given to us on your signed proof/s.
As all our products are handmade the client must accept that there may be slight variations between items. If stationery is ordered in stages Bespoke for Brides cannot guarantee the continuity of design/materials.
Bespoke for Brides cannot be help responsible for situations beyond it's control such as postal disputes and the discontinuation of materials used in it's photographed products - in this case suitable alternatives will be made available.
We will send your products recorded delivery to the UK address of your choice and your order needs to be signed for. Bespoke for Brides do not accept responsibility once your products have been posted - proof of postage will be obtained. We cannot accept responsibility of items lost or damaged in the post. Whilst every care is taken when packing your order we cannot accept responsibility of products damaged during transit.
Stationery may take up to 3-6 weeks to complete and be ready for despatch. If you require a 'rush order' please agree this with Bespoke for Brides before placing your order. Rush Orders will incur an extra cost - this will be set, with your agreement, before your order is accepted.
PLEASE NOTE - all of our handmade products will come with a small sticker (on the back) with our name and website address. This is our branding and will be on each invite/item. If you DO NOT wish to have our stickers on your items you must agree this with Bespoke for Brides before your order is placed. We are able to create an order without our small branding sticker but there will be an extra charge, per item, for this. No branding stationery items extra costs will be decided and agreed with the client before production begins.
Bespoke for Brides will not share any of your information with any 3rd parties.
If a sample is requested Bespoke for Brides reserve the right to use this sample for promotion in all forms.
Bespoke for Brides reserve the right to use any ordered stationery products for promotion in all forms. Care will be taken to cover any addresses. All forms could include website/magazines/flyers/adverts/tv etc.
